Community Wellness Center



The Community Wellness Center is a program component of the Thomasville Community Resource Center (TCRC) that brings many preventive, educational, and clinical health services to adolescents and adults of Thomas County. Through cooperative agreements with the Thomas County Health Department, Archbold Memorial Hospital, and Thomas University, TCRC is able to offer the following free clinical services in its Community Wellness Center.



FREE TEEN CLINIC

Every Monday & Wednesday 1-5PM

We offer the following services:

  • Physical Exams
  • Abstinence Education
  • Pap Smears
  • Pregnancy & STD Testing
  • Family Planning

**Must be between the ages of 13 & 19**



FREE CANCER SCREENINGS

Day hrs are the following:

  • 1st Tuesday each month 9AM-1PM

Evening hrs are the following:

  • Every Tuesday 5-7PM




FREE CARDIOVASCULAR SCREENING

Free Cardiovascular Screenings are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5-8PM

  • Cholesterol Screenings
  • Blood Pressure
  • Glucose Levels
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
